How to read this list

A MiCA authorisation is granted once, by the regulator of the provider's home Member State, and is then valid across the European Economic Area through passporting. The country shown is that home state — not necessarily where the company markets its services. A provider based in Malta or Cyprus may serve clients in Germany or France after notifying those countries.

The list contains only entities that a regulator has authorised as crypto-asset service providers under Article 59 of MiCA, plus banks and investment firms that notified their intention to provide crypto services under Article 60. It does not contain registrations under the old national regimes (VASP registrations), which stopped being valid at the end of the transitional period.
