What being on this list means

Each entry is a formal finding by a national competent authority — CONSOB in Italy, the AFM in the Netherlands, and so on — that an entity offered crypto-asset services to the public without holding the authorisation MiCA requires (Article 59) or without being an entitled financial institution (Article 61). Regulators typically publish the finding as a public warning and, in some countries, order internet providers to block the websites.

The list is not exhaustive. A company that is missing from it is not thereby legitimate; check whether it appears among the authorised providers instead. Also note that the same operation often reappears under new domain names: we group successive warnings about the same entity on one page.
