Terms of use
Last updated 26 August 2026.
1. Operator
cryptolicit.com ("the site") is operated by WOW SITE EXPERT SRL, VAT RO30450643, Trade Register J24/622/2012
Str. Liliacului nr. 16, Baia Mare, Maramureș County, Romania
E-mail: [email protected]. By using the site you accept these terms.
2. What the site offers
The site republishes, in searchable form, public data from the interim MiCA register published by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) and the national competent authorities, together with explanatory text. Access is free and requires no account.
3. No advice, no endorsement
Nothing on the site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to use or avoid any provider. The words "authorised", "flagged" and "non-compliant" reproduce the status recorded in the register; they are not our assessment of any company. The site is not affiliated with ESMA or any regulator.
4. Accuracy and liability
We refresh the data daily and process it carefully, but the register itself contains delays and inconsistencies and our processing may introduce errors. The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the site. Before acting, verify the entry in the official ESMA register and with the relevant regulator.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the site to harass, defame or impersonate anyone, to overload our servers, or to scrape it at a rate that degrades the service. Automated access for research is welcome at a reasonable pace; ESMA's original files are the better source for bulk use.
6. Intellectual property
The register data is public information. Our explanatory texts, structure and design are © the operator. You may quote and link freely with attribution to cryptolicit.com.
7. External links
Links to providers' websites are those declared to regulators and are provided for identification only; we are not responsible for their content. We deliberately do not link to the websites of entities flagged as non-compliant.
8. Changes
We may change these terms and the site at any time; the date above shows the current version.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law and applicable EU law. Consumers may use the alternative dispute resolution bodies listed by ANPC (SAL). Courts of Romania have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
