How this warning fits the pattern

Tmxa is the 22nd of 161 entities that CONSOB has reported to ESMA as non-compliant since 12 February 2025, out of 170 in the whole EU list. The decision came in a batch: 13 warnings from the same regulator carry a date in June 2025. A single web address is named; unlicensed platforms frequently reappear under new domains, so a different address using the same name deserves the same caution.
