Stable Labs is listed in the ESMA register as authorised by Czech National Bank (CNB) since 26 April 2017 — it holds that right as an electronic money institution. The issuer relies on the exemption in Article 48(4) of MiCA and Article 48(5), which applies to small or closed-network issuances.
