Authorised e-money token issuer
Stable Labs is listed in the ESMA register as authorised by Czech National Bank (CNB) since 26 April 2017 — it holds that right as an electronic money institution. The issuer relies on the exemption in Article 48(4) of MiCA and Article 48(5), which applies to small or closed-network issuances.
Where Stable Labs stands among EU issuers
The register lists 25 authorised issuers of e-money and asset-referenced tokens in the EEA, of which Stable Labs is the only one based in Czechia. The DTI is the ISO 24165 identifier of the token. "EMT_NO_WP" or "EMT_CRIN" in the white paper column mean an authorised issuer that has not issued a token yet, or a credit institution not required to file one.
