Authorised e-money token issuer
Dinaro is listed in the ESMA register as authorised by Bank of Slovenia since 2 November 2021 — it holds that right as an electronic money institution.
Where Dinaro stands among EU issuers
The register lists 25 authorised issuers of e-money and asset-referenced tokens in the EEA, of which Dinaro is the only one based in Slovenia. Dinaro issues under its status as an electronic money institution — MiCA reserves e-money tokens to credit institutions and electronic money institutions, and 20 of the issuers hold that same type of licence. One white paper is on file out of 45 notified by all issuers. Being on this list means the issuer must back the token with reserves, honour redemption at par and keep the white paper accurate; it says nothing about the token's liquidity or where it trades.

The DTI is the ISO 24165 identifier of the token. "EMT_NO_WP" or "EMT_CRIN" in the white paper column mean an authorised issuer that has not issued a token yet, or a credit institution not required to file one.
